Shopping with MoonStore NYC

These terms apply to purchases from moonstorenyc.com. MoonStore NYC is an online shop based in New York City. For questions about an order or these terms, contact desk@moonstorenyc.com.

Products, prices and orders

Prices are shown in US dollars. Review the selected product, quantity, size, color and design before submitting your order. Applicable shipping charges and taxes must be disclosed before you confirm payment. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

An order confirmation records our receipt of your request. If an item becomes unavailable or we discover a pricing or production error, we will contact you to agree on a correction or cancellation and refund any payment for an order we cannot fulfill. We will not substitute products or increase a confirmed total without your agreement.

Personalized items and artwork

You are responsible for checking your artwork, spelling, selected size and placement before ordering. Screen previews illustrate the design; screen color, garment texture and printing can cause reasonable differences in the finished result. A preview is not a guarantee that a low-resolution file will print clearly.

Submit only artwork you own or have permission to reproduce. You retain ownership of your artwork and allow us and our production providers to reproduce it only as needed to fulfill your order and support related issues. We may decline unlawful content or artwork that we cannot reproduce reliably. If production cannot proceed, we will contact you before making changes.

Delivery

Available destinations, shipping services, charges and delivery estimates depend on the order and are shown or confirmed before purchase. Check your delivery address carefully. If we cannot meet an agreed shipping schedule, we will contact you about the delay and available cancellation or refund options. See Shipping for more information.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy forms part of these terms. It explains the 30-day return window for eligible standard items, size exchanges, return shipping, refunds, and the restrictions on change-of-mind returns for personalized items after production begins. Damaged, defective and incorrect items remain covered.

Privacy and customer information

Provide accurate contact and order information so we can fulfill your purchase. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed. Please keep account credentials secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Consumer rights and updates

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Changes to these terms apply to new orders from the stated effective date and do not retroactively change an accepted order. Contact us first if a problem arises so we can work toward a resolution.
